We are delighted to invite you to the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Swiss Business Council United Arab Emirates, taking place on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 at 6:30 PM. The evening will begin with a networking light iftar, followed by the AGM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay, Dubai.

How to Vote
Voting will only be possible in person on the day by:

• The officially designated company representative, as per the member profile for Support, Corporate, or Professional categories
• A pre-registered, approved proxy*

To ensure your vote is valid, membership fees for 2025 must be settled before the AGM.

*If you cannot attend as your company’s representative but wish to assign your voting rights to a proxy, please complete the Proxy Registration Form. The SBC office must receive the completed form by 14 March 2025 for review. A proxy may represent a maximum of two members.
