About the presenter – Michael Lane
Swiss lawyer Michael Lane is the Managing Partner of Swiss Group Legal Ltd, the Abu Dhabi-based legal consultancy of Swiss Group. He is also Director and Head of Legal at the group’s Dubai-based corporate advisory entity, Swiss Group Advisory DMCC.
A DFSA and FSRA-approved Compliance Officer, registered DIFC Will Draftsman and certified UAE corporate tax professional, Michael has extensive experience operating in the legal sectors of the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland, as well as a comprehensive understanding of both countries’ laws. In addition to advising individual and corporate clients on various legal matters, he is actively engaged in company formation and management.
